This was my favorite, it si julienned sweet potato with shrimp on top then deep fried. Wrap in a lettuce leaf then dip in the sauce...it is addictive.

This is the delicious crab & shrimp soup with tofu. The shrimp in crab is finely minced. Lots of great flavor.
