Yesterday we had a visit from the team at the Westin Phoenix Downtown 333 N Central Ave in Phoenix.! Chef de Cuisine Rita French from Province showed off her wonderful dishes, including the Apple Chicken Salad, Spicy Shrimp Coctel (Cocktail), Peanut Butter and Chocolate Flan “Sandwich” with Oreo Cookie Meringue, and a Roasted Papaya Cupcake with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Chef David Viviano shared his dishes including Pomegranate Acai Smoothies, Matcha Cookies with Dark Chocolate-Cinnamon Truffles, House Made Almond Coconut Granola with Seasonal Fresh Berries, and an Edamame-Cilantro, Roasted Pepper, and Citrus Hummus Trio with fresh vegetables. The chefs were great and answered all the listeners questions about the restaurant and their fabulous dishes! They also talked about “Superfoods” and eating healthy.
