A fantastic plate of fish tacos and crispy sweet potato fries. I loved it. $9.00.

We had a delicious lunch at the Ventura Grill, 9261 E Via De Ventura, in Scottsdale.  So easy to find, you can almost see it from the 101 and Via De Ventura.  Just get off and go West and it is next to the Gas station.  It is a best kept secret. They even have $5.99 lunches. Lots of TV’s, great service and the food was cooked to perfections. 

Check out the appetizer of calamari. It was cooked perfectly with a spicy marinara.$11.00

 

They have great Italian food too, so Don opted for the Meatball Parmesan Sub. It was huge, 3 meatballs and a heap of cheese. YUM! It came with a side and Don got a big salad. $8.00.

 

We met Lad, his wife and sister. Such nice people from CHICAGO.
