Brain Burrata for Halloween
OOOOHHHH, your friends and family will have delicious fun on Halloween with this idea…Brain Burrata…perfect as a centerpiece for your table!   Burrata cheese is the inspiration for this easy concept.   Burrata is originally from Italy where pieces of fresh Mozzarella cheese and real cream are encased in a kind of bag of the Mozzarella.   
 
Here’s how to make your Brain Burrata:
Take this Mozzarella ball out of the container and dry it off.   Now place it in the middle of a festive plate.   Coat the Buratta in a sweet honey.   Now take unsalted walnut halves and cover the Burrata to make your brain.  The honey acts as a sweet glue for the nuts.   Place some red food coloring on a small brush and dab on a bit of red for the blood.   When you cut into the Burrata, the buttery creamy cheesy inside will ooze out.   Delightful and delicious for Halloween.   I always say…Play with Your Cheese and Enjoy!
