Marinade for BBQ Chicken  from Barbara from Scottsdale

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 TB. catchup
  • 2 TB salt
  • 5 TB oil
  • Ground pepper & one bay leaf

Boil all ingredients for 15 minutes, then marinade chicken for a few hours, or overnight.  Great with bone in or boneless, skinless chicken.  If using drumsticks, let them cook a little in the marinade while it is hot.
