..We had a great time at the Ranch House Grille. We felt well taken care of by our hosts Leland and Xiomara the owners of the Ranch House Grille. The food was delicious and the our listeners are the best. After the show I had the Phil burger (Certified Angus Beef) cooked to perfection and wonderful fries. I don’t usually eat the fries , but I had to indulge in a few they were crisp and delicious. We collected $125.00 for the food bank, so Don and I double it as we do after each remote. Monday morning the
St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance will get a call and Culinary Confessions will donate $250.00. THANK YOU for your generosity, we have the most thoughtful listeners. If you want to add to it, just click on St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance and enjoy the good feeling it gives you to help our neighbors in need. We enjoyed hanging out with the Ladies from the Beef Council of Arizona Carrie and Lauren. What a wonderful surprise to see Anna again.
The mystery item, listeners tried to guess looked like this photo. No one guessed it. They are delicious, This was grown in our garden like a regular cucumber on a vine. Delicious. Now for the photos of the remote:
Don and I feel so honored, because we often get great gifts from our listeners. Sometimes they are home baked. We were lucky again Friday with a delicious sweet and savory cookie from Carol from Paradise Valley. If you love Rosemary (or they can be done with thyme) you will enjoy this contrast of sweet cookie with rosemary. It messes with you mind. I love that “head scratching” experience. They are also adorably packaged. Thank you Carol from PV. Here is a photo and click on it and get the recipe.

Hello All,
I had the opportunity to grab a quick breakfast at just before 3 PM today. I am one of those people who can eat breakfast any time of day because I love breakfast food, especially omelets and that is a good thing since I was going to the Ranch House Grille. Omelets and burgers are their specialty.
Here are the logistics:
Ranch House Grille
5618 East Thomas Road (northwest corner)
Phoenix, AZ 85008
480-946-1290
Dress: Casual
Hours: Sunday through Saturday – 6 AM to 3 PM
I had the wonderful experience of getting a specially prepared omelet with sauteed onions, mushrooms and spinach (ALL fresh vegetables) and Swiss cheese. They substituted a large portion of sliced tomatoes for the hash browns and toast. The cook’s name is Caesar and HE ROCKS!!! He was willing to be very careful and cook everything in a separate pan with unused utensils to prevent any risk of cross-contamination. Although he was unfamiliar with gluten, he was very willing to learn what to do to make sure my meal was prepared safely.
I give them huge kudos for all this extra special attention and care especially since it was just before closing time and they had cleaned up the kitchen already. This is a true mark of customer service. I am so grateful to them for a fabulous meal!
So, next time you want a delicious omelet or burger (without a bun), please check out the Ranch House Grill and ask for CAESAR to cook for you. You can tell him that Susan sent you.

breakfast foods should always be high in protein and also in carbohydrates, we need food energy during the early morning ~’;
