Recipe by Ina Garten:
Radishes on bread and herbed butter

  • - 1/2lb butter, room temperature
  • - fresh parsley, dill, and chopped scallion
  • - salt/pepper
  • - a squirt of lemon juice
  • - fresh baguette cut into thin slices
  • - baby radishes sliced very thinly
  1. Combine the butter, herbs, and lemon juice and season to taste.
  2. Spread a little herbed butter on a slice of baguette
  3. Top with a few slivers of radishes
  4. Sprinkle with salt and arrange on a platter.
