Recipe by Ina Garten:
Radishes on bread and herbed butter 
- - 1/2lb butter, room temperature
- - fresh parsley, dill, and chopped scallion
- - salt/pepper
- - a squirt of lemon juice
- - fresh baguette cut into thin slices
- - baby radishes sliced very thinly
- Combine the butter, herbs, and lemon juice and season to taste.
- Spread a little herbed butter on a slice of baguette
- Top with a few slivers of radishes
- Sprinkle with salt and arrange on a platter.
