Kim’s Dukkah Recipe

  • 1 Cup Caraway seeds
  • 1 Cup Cumin seeds
  • 1 Cup Poppy seeds
  • 1 Cup Black Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Cup White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Cup Fennel Seeds
  • 1 Cup Coriander Seeds
  • 1 Cup Pecans chopped- use hazelnuts,Macadamia, pinenuts etc
  • 2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/3 Cup of Zatar
  • ½ Cup mixed peppercorns
  • 1/8 Cup sea salt

Toast everything together then grind in a spice grinder. (You can change the seeds or add more or less – ( experiment by changing a small batch by adding cayenne, or mint or flavor you like.)

Dip good bread in olive oil then in the dukkah. Also dip Spanish olives in dukkah and serve. Try dipping cheese in mustard then coat with Dukkah. Dip veggies in mustard or olive oil then dukkah. Coat chicken or fish with dukkah and cook. There are endless applications
