Ingredients

- 2 large tortillas (Carolina's burrito size, if you can)
- 1 bunch red chard or any chard, stripped from stem with leaves cut small
- 2 tbsp virgina olive oil
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar or honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 3 tbsp diced parsley
- 1 slice of cheese or 1/4 cup of your favorite grated cheese

Preparation

- Heat olive oil and saute garlic and bacon. Add chard after bacon begins to sizzle. Add vinegar and cook the chard down. Add sugar, pepper flakes, water chestnuts, and parsley.
- Spread out tortilla.
- Lay cheese in the center.
- Pour 1/2 chard mixture on top of cheese.
- Fold sides in to form a square pocket.
- Place in microwave for 45 seconds and ENJOY!

Also try them with wonton wrappers and fry them in the same pan or boil them and serve them with a great sauce. Garlic-olive oil.
