Kim's Magic Meat recipe as heard on the air...
Ingredients
  • 1 large piece of frozen meat:
    • cross rib roast or
    • chuck roast or
    • pork shoulder

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
  2. Rub frozen meat with a dry rub of your choice of seasonings
  3. Place frozen meat in a cast iron Dutch oven or other oven-proof roasting pan with a tight-fitting lid.
  4. Cover.
  5. Roast in preheated oven for 8-10 hours.

Notes
The meat will be tender and slice beautifully.

Approximately 2 cups of broth will be available.

If stew beef is used, it will shred.
