Ingredients

- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 1 cup banana slices
- 1-1/2 pints vanilla ice cream
- 2 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts or almonds

Preparation

- In 4 dessert glasses, layer pineapple chunks, mango chunks, and banana slices.
- Scoop ice cream into each glass.
- In blender, combine kiwifruit and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour sauce over ice cream.
- Sprinkle each serving with nuts.
- Serve immediately.

To change this recipe anytime, use whatever fruits are in season--like strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, or peaches. For a special treat, sprinkle with toasted coconut.
