Mary in Fountain Hills' Fudgie Brownies
Ingredients
  • 1 pkg brownie mix (Ghirardelli chocolate chip works great!)
  • 1 can black beans

Preparation
  1. Drain and rinse beans.
  2. Return beans to can then fill can with water.
  3. Dump water and beans into blender or food processor.
  4. Add brownie mix.
  5. OMIT the eggs, oil, water, etc., called for on the brownie package!
  6. Blend well.
  7. Pour into pan and bake according to package instructions.
