Ingredients
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip whipped topping
  • 6 oz pkg raspberry jello
  • 1-1/2 cup boiling water
  • 24 oz frozen raspberries

Preparation
  1. Blend first three ingredients.
  2. Pat into 9x13 buttered pan or casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Combine cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar.
  6. Add Cool Whip and blend well.
  7. Spread mixture over pretzel layer.
  8. Mix jello with boiling water.
  9. Add raspberries.
  10. Pour over cream cheese mixture.
  11. Refrigerate overnight.
