Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 pounds ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 scant cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 eggs, separated

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cream cheeses together.
  5. Add corn starch, flour, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add egg yolks one at a time, blending well after each addition.
  8. Fold in egg whites carefully.
  9. Pour mixture into greased and floured spring-form pan.
  10. Bake for one hour or slightly longer until top is nicely browned.
  11. Turn off oven and let stand for one hour with door partly open.
  12. Chill 4-5 hours or more before serving.
