Ingredients

- 1-1/2 pounds ricotta cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 scant cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 eggs, separated

Preparation
|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
- Set aside.
- Cream cheeses together.
- Add corn starch, flour, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Add egg yolks one at a time, blending well after each addition.
- Fold in egg whites carefully.
- Pour mixture into greased and floured spring-form pan.
- Bake for one hour or slightly longer until top is nicely browned.
- Turn off oven and let stand for one hour with door partly open.
- Chill 4-5 hours or more before serving.
