Ingredients
|
- 1 cup plus 1 tbsp flour, divided
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar plus 2 tbsp sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup butter, slightly softened
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 5 cups blueberries, divided
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In mixing bowl, combine 1 cup flour, salt, and 2 tbsp of sugar.
- Cut in butter until coarse crumbs form.
- Sprinkle with vinegar.
- Shape into dough with lightly floured fingers.
- Press into loose-bottom 9" layer cake pan forming a bottom of 1/4-inch and pressing up about 1-inch on the sides.
- Add 3 cups blueberries.
- Mix remaining flour with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle over blueberries.
- Bake on lowest oven rack for 50-60 minutes or until crust is well-browned and filling is bubbly.
- Remove to cooling rack.
- Sprinkle with remaining 2 cups of blueberries.
- Cool completely.
- Remove rim from pan.
