Ingredients
  • 16 oz Passover semisweet chocolate
  • 1-1/2 cups toasted matzoh farfel
  • 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped

Preparation
  1. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering, not boiling, water.
  2. Pour melted chocolate into large bowl.
  3. Add farfel and pecans and mix thoroughly.
  4. Spoon mixture onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet or into ruffled paper baking cups.
  5. Allow to cool.
