1/2 pound sweet butter

1/2 cup confectioner's sugar

2 cups flour

1 cup ground hazelnuts, walnuts, or almonds (hazelnuts are best)

1 tsp vanilla

Raisins

By hand, mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Form dough into crescent shapes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Cool slightly, then roll in confectioner's sugar.

Set out and watch them vanish!
