Ingredients
  • I cup fat-free milk
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 ripe kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 6 large strawberries, halved
  • 4 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 2 whole strawberries for garnish

Preparation
  1. In blender, combine milk, banana, kiwi, and halved strawberries.
  2. Add yogurt.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into two serving glasses.
  5. Top with whole strawberries.

Notes
Makes two servings with approximately 333 mg calcium per serving. Thanks to the Dairy Council of Arizona.
