Ingredients
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 5 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt
  • whipped cream
  • chopped peanuts for garnish

Preparation
  1. In blender, combine milk, banana, and peanut butter.
  2. Add yogurt and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into three serving glasses.
  4. Top with whipped cream.
  5. Sprinkle with peanuts.

Notes
Makes three servings with approximately 250 mg calcium per serving. Thanks to the Dairy Council of Arizona.
