Ingredients

- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 large ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 5 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt
- whipped cream
- chopped peanuts for garnish

Preparation
|
- In blender, combine milk, banana, and peanut butter.
- Add yogurt and blend until smooth.
- Pour into three serving glasses.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with peanuts.
