Ingredients

- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 large ripe peach, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- whipped cream
- peach slices for garnish
- mint leaves for garnish

Preparation

- In blender, combine milk, peaches, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Add ice cream and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two serving glasses.
- Top each glass with whipped cream.
- Garnish with peach slices and mint leaves.
