Honey of a Peach Shake Shake courtesy of the Dairy Council of Arizona and Culinary Confessions
Ingredients
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 large ripe peach, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • whipped cream
  • peach slices for garnish
  • mint leaves for garnish

Preparation
  1. In blender, combine milk, peaches, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla.
  2. Add ice cream and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into two serving glasses.
  4. Top each glass with whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with peach slices and mint leaves.

Notes
Makes two servings with approximately 334 mg calcium per serving. Thanks to the Dairy Council of Arizona.
