Ingredients
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, partially thawed
  • 8 oz blueberry yogurt
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • whipped cream
  • graham crackers, crushed for garnish

Preparation
  1. In blender, combine milk, blueberries, and yogurt.
  2. Add ice cream and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into three serving glasses.
  4. Top each with whipped cream.
  5. Sprinkle with graham cracker pieces.

Notes
Makes three servings with approximately 315 mg calcium per serving. Thanks to the Dairy Council of Arizona.
