Double Chocolate Almond Delight Shake courtesy of the Dairy Council of Arizona and Culinary Confessions
Ingredients
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 3 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • whipped cream

Preparation
  1. In blender, combine milk, ice creams, chocolate syrup, and almonds.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into three serving glasses.
  4. Top with whipped cream.

Notes
Makes three servings with approximately 258 mg calcium per serving. Thanks to the Dairy Council of Arizona.
