Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 pound pecan halves, shelled
- 3 tsp kosher salt

Preparation
|
- Place 2 foot sheet of aluminum foil on countertop.
- In large saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.
- Add sugar, water, and cayenne pepper.
- Stir constantly until melted and well-combined.
- Add pecans.
- Stir constantly for 10 minutes.
- Pour mixture onto foil, spreading it out quickly.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Let cool for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
