Ingredients
|
- 1 can black beans, drained with liquid reserved
- zest of 1 lime
- juice of 1 lime (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp coriander (or 1+ tbsp fresh cilantro)
- 4 peppercorns, ground
- 1 tbsp dried epazote (or leaves from 4-5 sprigs of fresh epazote)
- 10 green olives, pitted
- 2-7 tbsp reserved bean liquid
- tortilla or colorful root chips

Preparation
|
- Grind up everything except chips, 3 beans, and a bit of the epazote.
- Add the bean liquid until you achieve the desired consistency.
- Pour bean mix into a bowl.
- Garnish with beans centered, sprinkled with epazote, and arrange chips around bowl.
