We had a great time at the Mining Camp Restaurant in Apache Junction. The food was delicious as always. It amazes me how serving Certified Angus Beef makes such a difference, off course you need a great Chef like Matt to cook it right placed on a homemade bun courtesy of Vinton, a talented baker and Restaurateur. The filet mignon has flavor and melts in your mouth, along with the other cuts of steak including the rib eye, taste it, that will tell the true story. The price is right too with impeccable service. Dennis really keeps things humming. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. Thank you all for taking such good care of us. CLICK READ MORE FOR PHOTOS. We love this place and I know the listeners who were able to make it to our remote all agreed. It’s a delicious place to dine for lunch or dinner, with great ambiance and history, 50 YEARS and still serving. Vinton, keep up the great work.
Here are some great photos of the event.
