I just got turned on to Anthony spices and I have loved everything I have seasoned with it.  We are so proud to have them as a new sponsor. I made a great corn on the cob Mexican style.

 

 

First cook or grill the corn as I did.

Next mix cotija or grated parmesan ( I used Parmesiano Reggiano) with the Arizona Chipotle spice use as little or as much as you like. I used a few teaspoons in approx. 3/4 cup of cheese and blend.

Next you slather your warm corn with Mayo and then dip in the cheese to coat.

Serve with a wedge of lime. This is heavenly. I made this with the Cherry Coke Ribs. YUMMY. It was a delicious night.
