I just got turned on to Anthony spices and I have loved everything I have seasoned with it. We are so proud to have them as a new sponsor. I made a great corn on the cob Mexican style.

Next mix cotija or grated parmesan ( I used Parmesiano Reggiano) with the Arizona Chipotle spice use as little or as much as you like. I used a few teaspoons in approx. 3/4 cup of cheese and blend.
Next you slather your warm corn with Mayo and then dip in the cheese to coat.

Kim, I tried his Wing Sauce that I saw in the butchers department at AJ’s. It really tasted great. Also, we have his chili spice and used it on my skirt steak. That was incredible. Please wish Anthony my best. His products are excellent!
