Read More→We had dinner last night at Cibo E Vino at 34522 N Scottsdale Rd # D1 Scottsdale – 480-595-6600. This little restaurant with a great new patio is worth the drive. We met, the owner, Chef John Collura, who made us feel at home. We started with a pizza, there are so many types, that you may need to munch on some of the bread sticks with the homemade marinara, wait, better yet, order the pepperoni or spinach rolls.
We had a great breakfast at Mozarts Cafe at 7116 East Mercer Lane in Scottsdale. It was delicious. The coffee was terrific and I took a gamble and tried something new to me it is called Shakshuka. It is poached eggs in a spicy tomato sauce, served with an Israelis Salad. Delicious. Don had a wonderful omelet. The place is a winner.

Ravioli di Zucca -Butternut squash ravioli with parmesan, brown butter, sage and crumbled Italian amaretti cookie 7.49 It is delectable.
As always, we loved our remote at Pasta Primo Italian Bistro 16255 North Scottsdale Road C-1 -Scottsdale, AZ -(480) 922-8630. Craig, is such a great host. We had a great crowd that filled the restaurant and dined on the patio. Craigs mom even flew down for the remote and celebrate her birthday and the one year re-opening of Pasta Primo. Thank to all of our listeners for coming, your the best. Everyone got a Pasta Primo Hat and the first 50 people that came and some got there at 9:00 AM got a gift certificate. Everyone was delighted. Check it out. If you didn’t get there go and check it out for yourself, you will love the food and the staff will make you feel like family.
Don and I had the pleasure of touring the menu at the hip, new and delectable Lime Light Dipping Bar & Grill. 4218 N. Scottsdale Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85251 – 480)949-8900. Chef Lefty is the Host with the most. The food was amazing, Don and I were not surprised with the flavors of the dipping sauces and the care taken in all of the recipes to offer creative dishes that everyone will love. You can customize each dish with a choice of 15 sauces. If you are not comfortable with that Chef Lefty offers his suggestions. If you like heat, try Chef Lefty’s Ghost Pepper or for a cooler flavor wasabi yogurt or go a different way with sweet & sour, pineapple coconut or Bacon aioli just to name a few. PROBLEM: The menu is almost difficult to negotiate because there are so many great choices. SOLUTIONS: Go often and work your way through the tempting menu, you can afford it, the most expensive thing is the pizza’s at $16.00. Check this out: Read More→
The food & Service were amazing at the Side Door Restaurant & Bar 3370 N Hayden Rd # 126 Scottsdale, AZ 85251-6632 (480) 947-4484. Their theme is SIMPLY UNCOMPLICATED and that’s what it was, a fun evening, where we could all relax and enjoy each other. The listeners really enjoyed Jenna & Jessie’s service and the great prices on the food.

We are so proud to tell you about the delicious food. The first hurdle you have to make is what to order, they have a great menu. I tried the calamari taco….WHAT!!! you heard me, a calamari taco and it was cooked perfectly, crunchy , but not over done – no rubbery calamari here. The flavors were terrific with pico de gallo , chipotle sauce & cabbage.
