I am so excited to be in Italy. It’s my first visit. I am traveling with my two sisters, brother in law & Niece. We are meeting up with a group from the Culinary Institute of America. Master Chef Erik Blauberg with his Culinary Passport Program has worked hard to quench our thirst for knowledge and great food for this Northern Italian trip. We landed in Milan at 6:00 AM. a day before the trip begins to explore Milan and try to get acclimated. The airport was approx. 45 minutes from our hotel. We get so many listeners that call in about the fantastic food at Vincitorios Restaurant in Tempe 1835 E Elliot Rd # C109 Tempe, AZ 85284-1747 (480) 820-2786. The food is all made homemade by Chef Mario Vincitorio, not only is it delicious but it is reasonably priced. This is a family owned restaurant. They have Burrata, calamari, homemade pastas, stromboli, pizza and for dessert they have Panne Cotta, cannolis, tiramisus. The menu is great for lunch or dinner. Check it out.

We started with the butternut raviolis. Spectacular with an amaretto cookie crumbled on top. Almost like dessert.
