Nancy in Scottsdale had a great meal at the newly renovated  Carefree Resort in Carefree in the Lariat Grill .  They have the Prix fixed meals at $ 32.  She started with a  super salad with tomatoes, and for a main course she had the slow roasted prime rib.  She and her friends really enjoyed it.   Unlike her experience at Noca 3118 East Camelback RoadPhoenix, AZ 85016-4502  (602) 956-662 in Phoenix.  She did not get it.  The tables were scrunched together and she did not understand the food she was getting.  The fish was pan seared then baked and she thought it might have been seard earlier and then finished off in the oven and did not like that idea.  It was noisy and not a fine dining experience at a fine dining price.
